El proyecto organizó conferencias, workshops, mesas redondas a partir de temas relevantes del sector futbolístico y su relación con la actividad empresarial y negocio.\[/vc\_column\_text\]\[/vc\_column\]\[vc\_column width=»1/2″\]\[vc\_single\_image image=»5786″ img\_size=»medium» qode\_css\_animation=»»\]\[/vc\_column\]\[/vc\_row\]\[vc\_row css\_animation=»» row\_type=»row» use\_row\_as\_full\_screen\_section=»no» type=»full\_width» angled\_section=»no» text\_align=»left» background\_image\_as\_pattern=»without\_pattern»\]\[vc\_column\]\[vc\_empty\_space height=»16px»\]\[/vc\_column\]\[/vc\_row\]\[vc\_row css\_animation=»» row\_type=»row» use\_row\_as\_full\_screen\_section=»no» type=»full\_width» angled\_section=»no» text\_align=»left» background\_image\_as\_pattern=»without\_pattern»\]\[vc\_column\]\[vc\_column\_text\] ## Gran participación de personalidades en CONFENDA 2023 La sala de conferencias del memorial reunió una gran participación de personalidades del mundo del deporte de Angola: dirigentes deportivos, periodistas, deportistas de élite, gestores deportivos, entrenadores, profesionales del sector digital…etc. El director deportivo de [AFA Angola](https://bcnwinmethod.com/afa-angola-2013-2022-un-caso-de-exito/) y de la [metodología BCNwinMethod](https://bcnwinmethod.com/metodologia-bcnwinmethod/),  [Antonio Cortes Inés](https://topinfluencers.es/la-mejor-escuela-de-futbol-de-africa/) estuvo encuadrado en la mesa redonda con la temática “*la formación como recurso de sobrevivencia» *y en el workshop “*La importancia de la formación en los clubs*”. Y por el otro, el proceso formativo llevado a cabo en la academia de fútbol de Angola para sus entrenadores y jugadores destacando las estrategias formativas desarrolladas en el sector digital.
